Member Information
A membership with the CES directly supports career and learning management education in BC by showing support of an organization that advocates for the continuance of a career development culture in our schools and organizations.
Members are encouraged to update their own learning journey by attending the annual CES conference, attending professional development sessions hosted by CES or by accessing their personal information toolkit through the CES Web site.
In addition, CES Career Education Society members have an opportunity to be involved with the society's activities on a number of levels.
Regional members are invited to attend regional meetings and provide input to their director on current issues of concern. Issues will then be brought to the provinical table for discussion. Names are put forth for the CES board's regional directors at election time in the fall, once every two years. Director names may be put forth for an elected executive position at the Annual General Meeting in November of every year.
The CES Career Education Society welcomes member feedback and involvement. Please feel free to contact us to find out more.
